Rebecca Conway

Rebecca Conway has extensive work experience in human resources, with their most recent role being the Interim Vice President of Human Resources at BrassCraft Manufacturing Company. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Masco Corporation. Rebecca also held various HR positions at Garrett - Advancing Motion, Honeywell, and Chrysler, where they gained experience in areas such as HR leadership, labor relations, and people development.

Rebecca Conway completed their education with a Bachelors's degree in Health Studies from Michigan State University, where they studied from 1993 to 1998. Later, they pursued further education at Webster University from 2002 to 2004, specializing in HR Management and Training & Development, with a focus on Human Resources. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Six Sigma Greenbelt from the Honeywell Six Sigma Organization in June 2016.
