Fabrice Schnell

Fabrice Schnell is an experienced professional in technical and production management within the food industry. Currently serving as Directeur technique at Brasserie Licorne since July 2016, Fabrice previously held the position of Directeur technique et production multi-sites at Dr Oetker Canada Ltd from July 2013 to July 2016, where responsibilities included the setup of a frozen pizza production facility with an output of 40 million units per year. Prior to that, Fabrice worked at Dr Oetker France as Responsable production from August 2000 to June 2013 and at Grands Moulins de Paris as Responsable Production from 1995 to 2000. Educational qualifications include a Master 2 (M2) in Management and Administration des Entreprises from EM Strasbourg Business School and a Milling Technologist Diploma from the Swiss Milling School in St Gallen, Switzerland.
