Darren Grieves is an experienced senior managing partner with a strong background in the culinary industry. Since April 2018, Darren has held the position of Senior Managing Partner at Brassica, while also serving in the same role at The Northstar Cafe since April 2006. Responsibilities include scheduling, food cost management and inventory, hiring, recipe development, and culinary research and development. Previously, Darren was the Senior Managing Partner and Executive Chef at Third and Hollywood from May 2011 to November 2015, focusing on culinary research and development. Darren holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in PsychoBiology from The Ohio State University, which was completed between 2001 and 2005.
