Tom Sheehan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the restaurant and food service industry. Currently serving as Senior Managing Partner at Brassica since 2016, Tom has previously held key positions such as General Manager at Dewey's Pizza from 2012 to 2015, Director of Operations at Tavern Restaurant Group from 2007 to 2012, and Quality Assurance at Velvet Ice Cream from 2002 to 2007. Tom's educational background includes a degree from The University of Kansas, completed between 1984 and 1988, and a high school diploma from North Kansas City High School, earned between 1980 and 1984.
