Tyrone Windley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in guest services and management. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Brassica since March 2021, Tyrone previously worked at The Walt Disney Company from May 2014 to April 2020, where roles included Guest Experience Manager, Assistant Manager, and Cast Member. During time as Guest Experience Manager, Tyrone developed strong leadership skills and collaborated with multiple departments to enhance facility and guest satisfaction. As Assistant Manager, Tyrone played a key role in the Park Land Experience initiative, significantly improving guest excellence at Hollywood Studios. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University and an Associate's degree in Sports Management from Camden County College.
