Kevin Welker

Kevin Welker has extensive work experience in quality management and lean processes. Kevin started their career as a Quality Engineer at Superior Design, where they assisted in implementing a QS9000 compliant quality system. Kevin then joined Danaher as a Quality Manager, before moving to Black & Decker as a Senior Advanced Quality Engineer and later as a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer. At Brasstech, they held various roles including Director of Lean Processes and Vice President of Operations. Kevin also worked as the Director of Operations at Shur-Lok. Throughout their career, Kevin has focused on improving product and process quality, vendor qualification, and certification.

Kevin Welker attended the University at Buffalo from 1990 to 1996. Kevin completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering during this time.
