Rich Miller has a diverse work experience in the sales industry. Rich started their career at Pella Corporation in 1990, where they held multiple sales positions, including Sales Manager and Territory Sales Manager. From 2001 to 2008, they worked at Sub-Zero Group, Inc. as a Regional Sales Manager and later as a National Account Sales Manager, where they managed business relationships with national builder accounts. From 2008 to 2010, they worked at Brasstech, Inc. as a National Account Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager, responsible for account management and program development. In 2010, they joined Rinnai America Corporation as an Area Sales Manager. In 2012, they returned to Brasstech, Inc. as the Director of Sales and eventually became the Vice President of Sales. In 2022, they became the Vice President, Sales at Brasstech, Inc., a Division of Masco Corporation. Overall, Rich Miller has demonstrated their ability to lead sales teams, manage key accounts, and drive business growth throughout their career.
Rich Miller earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism & Mass Communications from Drake University. Rich attended the university from 1984 to 1988. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from the American Management Association. In 2016, they received a Certificate of Completion in the Five Day MBA Workshop. In 2015, they obtained a Certificate of Completion in Successful Product Management and a Certificate of Completion in Leading Virtual and Remote Teams. In 2014, Rich Miller obtained a Certificate of Completion in Advanced Sales Management.
