Ian Quint

Ian Quint is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate development, acquisition, construction, and renovation. Currently serving as President at both Brasswater and Cyberdyne Investments since February 2015, Ian has honed expertise in commercial, industrial, and office projects. Prior to these roles, Ian was the Director of Real Estate Development, Construction, and Leasing at Quintcap from August 2007 to January 2015, focusing on development and property management. Ian holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from York University's Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Biology from McGill University.
