Bratney
Aly Funk is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in talent management, employee relations, and process management. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Bratney since September 2012, Aly plays a key role in performance management, benefits, compensation, and culture development. Previously, Aly worked as an RPO Consultant at Manpower, where responsibilities included conducting phone interviews and assisting clients' recruiting efforts. As a Human Resources Specialist at August Home Publishing, the focus was on recruiting, administering various employee programs, and managing HRIS functions. Additional experience includes roles as a Recruiting Specialist at Aon/Combined Insurance and Assistant Manager at Banana Republic, emphasizing recruitment, training, and operational efficiency. Aly holds a Master of Science in Leadership Development with an HR emphasis from Drake University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication/Management from Southern Christian University.
