Jennifer Wichland, MS, currently serves as the Outpatient Practice Manager at Brattleboro Retreat since October 2024. Previously, Jennifer held the position of Director of Physician Practices at North Star Health from May 2023 to October 2024 and served as Practice Manager for Ambulatory Surgical and Specialty Services at Cheshire Medical Center between March 2020 and May 2023. Jennifer's management experience also includes roles as Practice Manager at ConvenientMD Urgent Care from June 2015 to March 2020 and as Manager at Trader Joe's from March 2013 to June 2015, where Jennifer was hired into the RMT program. Earlier career roles include Head Coach at Nike from February 2008 to March 2013 and Store Manager positions at Bath & Body Works from May 2006 to January 2008 and Gap Inc. from 2002 to 2006. Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Organization and Management from Antioch University New England and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Keene State College.
