Margot Mcmanus

Margot McManus is Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer (CPO) at Braun Intertec. With decades of experience as a human resources and organizational change leader for companies undergoing rapid revenue growth, Margot has an innate talent for bringing personalities together and creating a successful growth culture.

Margot leads and provides strategic direction to the company’s human resources team. As CPO, she is focused on developing companywide initiatives to drive employee-owner engagement and talent acquisition.

Margot holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and History from the University of Wisconsin. She also serves as a member of the Women’s Leadership Council, governance vice chair of TeamWomen, and is a former board chair of the Greater Minneapolis Crisis Nursery.
