Larry Sager

Larry Sager has a long and varied career in the medical industry. Larry began in 2001 as a Medical Device Sales & Consulting with Act2Medical. In 2004, they became the Principal and Founder of Innovative Surgical Associates, where they hired, trained and managed a sales force of 11, resulting in $5M+ in annual sales and $38M+ in total sales. In 2012, they founded WaveSafe, LLC, providing medical device concept-to-market ideas, healthcare IT organization/operation and sales strategies, as well as complex mobile app builds. In 2013, they became a Member and Co-Founder of SpineDirect, LLC, where they developed and managed client relationships, ensuring quality delivery of services for continuing growth and maintaining relationships. In 2017, they joined Episode Solutions as the Director of Development and then Senior Vice President of Business Development in 2021. In 2021, they also joined Bravado Health as a Senior Account Executive, where they are responsible for the company's award-winning patient engagement platform.

Larry Sager attended the University of West Florida - College of Business from 1993 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration & Management. Larry was also a member of the Dean's List.
