Brenda Fowler Wensil

Brenda Fowler Wensil's work experience includes serving as the Managing Director and Practice Leader for Leadership Acceleration at BRAVANTI, where they worked with leaders in organizations to help them advance. Brenda also worked as a Partner at Flynn Heath Leadership, a BPI group company, specializing in leadership development for Fortune 100 organizations. Brenda has also held the role of Chief Customer Experience Officer at the U.S. Department of Education's Federal Student Aid, where they were a member of the executive operating committee. Additionally, Brenda has worked at Barclays and Wachovia Corporation in various roles related to supplier management, customer strategy, marketing, and brand management. Brenda began their career as a Creative Staff Writer at Chernoff Silver and Associates.

Brenda Fowler Wensil obtained a BA in Journalism from the University of South Carolina in 1985. Brenda later pursued a Masters in Organizational Development and Executive Coaching at Queens University of Charlotte from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, they obtained certifications as a Board Certified Coach from the Center For Credentialing & Education in 2013, and as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation in 2011.
