Elena Arecco Bridgmon, MBA, PCC, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership coaching and organizational development. As Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of LUMO since April 2021, Elena focuses on supporting working parents through transformative leadership training and the unique Leading Through Leave program. Concurrently, Elena serves as an Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant for BRAVANTI | a ZRG company, and Chief Executive Officer of Epic Life Coaching, which provides executive, life, and leadership coaching, along with keynote speaking engagements. With a robust background at Bank of America, including roles such as Manager Excellence Consultant and Sr. Leadership Development Manager, Elena has honed expertise in coaching mid-level managers and developing leadership programs.
