Allison Mills

Allison Mills has worked in the medical records field since 2012. Allison began as an Administrative Assistant at Live Well Chiropractic Center and then moved to Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services as Support Staff/AE2 in 2012. In 2017, they joined Primary Health Solutions as a member of the Population Health Team. In 2018, they returned to Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services as Medical Records Manager and EHR Data Coordinator. In 2022, they began working at Brave Health as Medical Records Manager. In their roles, they have managed medical records and data management department operations, maintained the quality and integrity of Electronic Health Records, piloted new Electronic Health Records systems, collected and reported FluFit and Quality Improvement Data, and run crystal and CQM reports.

Allison Mills has a Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Technology from Miami University and an Associate's Degree in Office Technology with major emphasis on Administrative Office Assistant and Word Processing Cert. from the University of Rio Grande and Rio Grande Community College.
