Christal Earle has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Co-Founder of Whole Human Coaching. This coaching company offers a unique and holistic approach to personal and professional development. Prior to this, Christal founded Brave Soles, a social venture that creates sustainable shoes and accessories, promoting micro-enterprise in vulnerable communities. Christal also served as an Entrepreneur In Residence Advisor at Fashion Zone and was part of the Coralus Venture 2023. As a podcast host for "I Can Do Something About This," Christal interviews change makers and shares inspiring stories. Christal has also worked as a Professional Speaker and Coach, CEO of Finding Bravery, and Founder of The Little Shop of Courage, which connects ethical makers and shoppers.
