Gaby M. Segura is a seasoned professional in cognitive rehabilitation and disability services, currently serving as a Cognitive Retraining Specialist at Brain Injury Rehabilitation Los Angeles since May 2017 and an Adjunct Professor of American Sign Language at Compton College since February 2018. Gaby has extensive experience with the Los Angeles Unified School District, where roles have included Disability Specialist and Disability Support Services Advisor, focusing on coordinating services and accommodations for adult students with disabilities. Additional expertise includes work as a Certified Life Coach and Disability Life Coach, providing transitional support and counseling for individuals with acquired brain injuries. Gaby holds a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Pacific Oaks College and a Bachelor's degree in Deaf Studies from California State University, Northridge.
