Margot McKinley - Educational Consultant

Margot McKinley is an experienced educational consultant with over 30 years in the field of education. Currently self-employed as a School Coach and Mentor since November 2019, Margot uses stories and data to support educational programs. In addition, Margot serves as a Certified Oola Life Coach, providing educators with strategies to achieve balance in their personal and professional lives. As a Trainer and Facilitator at the International Institute for Restorative Practices (IIRP) Graduate School since February 2013, and as a former Principal and Vice Principal at Little Prairie Elementary School, Margot has demonstrated a commitment to effective educational leadership. Margot holds a Master's degree in Educational Administration & Leadership from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor of Education from Simon Fraser University.
