Lorna Donovan

Lorna Donovan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, leadership effectiveness, and strategic communications. As President of LEADER TRENDS, INC. since January 2003, Lorna has led a peer-recognized advisory firm offering services in facilitation, immersive clinics, and executive coaching. Lorna also serves as a Bravely Coaching Pro, engaging with numerous client companies across diverse sectors. Additionally, Lorna has volunteered with the Peace Corps as an Organizational Development Volunteer in Albania and held senior roles in various organizations, including WPNT Communications and JMReid Group, where expertise in communications and leadership development was applied. Lorna holds a BSBA in Business from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
