Regina Duffey Moravek has over 35 years of work experience in Human Resources, College Recruitment, and Sales. Regina began their career in 1982 at Eastman Kodak, where they held various positions of increasing responsibility in HR and College Recruitment. In 1992, they moved to Gannett, where they served as Human Resources Manager until 1994. At that time, they joined Cornell University as an Admissions Reader for the College of Arts & Sciences and Internal Consultant for the ILR School. In 1998, they were promoted to Director of ILR Career Services, and in 2000, they took on a special concurrent assignment as Director of ILR Career Services and MILR Administration. In 2019, they joined United Health Services (UHS) as an Employee Ombudsperson in the Human Resources Department, where they reported to the CEO and CHRO. In 2021, they moved to Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp) as the Director of Member Services. Additionally, Regina has been providing confidential part-time HR coaching as a Bravely Coach since 2018.
Regina Duffey Moravek received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, and has taken courses in Business at Rochester Institute of Technology.
