Courtney Dubin

Courtney Dubin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and innovation across various organizations. Currently serving as Managing Director at Braven since November 2023, Courtney leads the strategy and development of digital products to support Braven fellows and organizational growth. Previously, as Chief Innovation Officer at Experience Camps for Grieving Children from 2021 to June 2023, Courtney was instrumental in cross-functional operations and driving sustainable initiatives. During a decade-long tenure at GENYOUth Foundation, Courtney, as Vice President of Engagement and Digital Strategy, established a successful social entrepreneurship program and secured significant funding. Additionally, Courtney co-founded Derring-Do Inc. and contributed to projects aimed at improving educational outcomes, alongside roles at KvJ and Company and Discovery Communications. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Boston University.
