Lolade Onashile

Lolade Onashile is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in education and recruitment. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Braven since July 2024, Lolade previously held the position of Director of Talent Recruitment at Foundation Academies from July 2014 to June 2024. Prior experience includes a role as a Teacher and Grade Level Chair at KIPP New Jersey from August 2009 to June 2014. Lolade holds a Master of Arts in Teaching with a focus on Museum Education from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Clark Atlanta University.
