Quentin Sebastian

Quentin Sebastian has extensive work experience in talent sourcing and recruitment. Quentin is currently working as a Talent Sourcer at Fabric Group, where they are responsible for sourcing polyglot engineers, tech leads, UI/UX designers, business analysts, delivery leads, and DevOps/cloud engineers. Prior to this, Quentin worked as a Global Talent Source/RASpert at Rent A Sourcer, where they collaborated with certified talent sourcers to meet client hiring needs. Quentin also has a strong background in talent sourcing and recruitment from their time at Braves Technologies, where they held roles such as Lead Talent Sourcer (North America & Australia), Lead Technical Recruiter (North America), and Recruiter for IT & Engineering Hiring in the USA.

Quentin Sebastian pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University, completing it from 2009 to 2012. Later, from 2018 to 2020, Quentin enrolled at Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, where they obtained a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management and Services.
