Marcos Santos

Marcos Santos has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Marcos is currently the CEO of Bravi since 2022. Before that, they founded Análise+ in 2021, where they acted as a bridge between clients and technology, managing projects and overseeing software development. Prior to that, they held positions as Director of Development and Director of Business in LATAM at Code7 from 2020 to 2021, and as Director of Development and Director of Business in LATAM as well as a Partner Director at Ayty Tech from 2008 to 2020. Marcos also worked as a Technology Manager at TIVIT in 2007, and as a Project Management Professor at Senac Santa Catarina in 2007. Their earlier experience includes roles as a Systems Manager and Developer Analyst at Softway Contact Center from 1999 to 2007.

Marcos Santos earned an MBA in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2005-2006. Before that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina - UFSC from 1999-2003. In terms of additional certifications, they became a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) through Scrum Alliance in May 2016 and obtained the Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification in Asp.NET from Microsoft in 2004.
