Maaike van Gurp

Maaike van Gurp is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership and management roles in various healthcare organizations. Currently serving as Clustermanager HRM at Bravis ziekenhuis since May 2024, Maaike oversees the HRM department and directly manages HRM staff and team leaders. Prior experience includes the role of HR Manager at St. Elisabeth Roosendaal, where Maaike was responsible for a diverse HR team, and Teamleader HR at Amphia, where Maaike led a newly established team of HR advisors and provided strategic and tactical support to management. Previous positions also include significant leadership roles at St. Elisabeth Ziekenhuis and Verpleeghuis Het Parkhuis. Academically, Maaike holds a Master of Science in Executive Master of Management and Organization from TIAS School for Business and Society, as well as a degree in HRM from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
