Anna Pember is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in driving business growth and digital marketing strategies. Currently serving as the UK Senior Marketing Manager at Bravissimo since April 2017, Anna is focused on achieving marketing KPIs and maximizing sales through customer acquisition across various channels. Previously, Anna held multiple roles at RWE npower from May 2006 to March 2017, culminating as Senior Trading & Digital Marketing Manager, where responsibilities included enhancing digital media communications and exceeding online sales targets. Prior roles at RWE npower involved improving online capabilities and delivering comprehensive customer insights. Anna began their career as a Marketing Executive at DS Smith in the Plastics Division, supporting multiple operating companies. Anna holds a Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a BSc (Hons) in International Management & German from the University of Bath.

We are passionate about our purpose which is to be the cheerleader for big boobed women and aim to inspire our customers to celebrate their boobs and feel amazing Sarah Tremellen set up Bravissimo in 1995 following her own frustrating experiences trying to find pretty bras that fit her. Sarah had been appalled by the lack of choice in her size and was fed up of being offered enormous matronly contraptions more suitable for landing parachutes and being told she could not possibly expect to find gorgeous bras in her size. Adamant that big boobed women like herself deserved a better deal when buying lingerie, Sarah started Bravissimo as a mail order company from her living room. Today, we have 26 shops in the UK, a store in New York and an ecommerce operation that supports customers all over the world. We have around 700 employees across the business inclusive of our head office teams based out of Leamington Spa. We have some very exciting plans for the future and there has never been a better time to be part of Bravissimo.
