Renata Ibarra

Renata Ibarra has a comprehensive background in operations, logistics, and human resources. Currently serving as BP Gente e Gestão and Coordenadora de Operações at Bravium since May 2021, Renata previously held positions as Logistics Analyst and HR Analyst at Ambev from July 2018 to February 2021. Renata began the professional journey as a Quality Analyst and Trainee at DMI Internacional Business LTDA from October 2017 to July 2018 and gained valuable experience as an intern at RICLAN S/A in the R&D Department from July 2016 to July 2017, where exposure to various company functions was acquired. Additionally, a summer internship at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign involved work on the analyses of rum samples. Renata holds a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, completed between 2011 and 2017, and participated in a program at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2014 to 2015.
