Emma Grace has a strong background in compensation and benefits management and employee engagement. Emma has worked as the Director of Employee Engagement at BRAVO! since June 2022, where they focus on creating a positive work culture. Prior to this, Emma was the Manager of Rewards & Organizational Development at BRAVO! from April 2019 to June 2022, where they were responsible for designing compensation ranges, proposing benefits revisions, and managing performance appraisals. Before joining BRAVO!, Emma worked as the Assistant Manager of Compensation & Benefits at Coeus Solutions from January 2017 to March 2019, where they developed policies, analyzed salary bands, and conducted job evaluations. Emma also worked as a Compensation Benefits Specialist at R-ACT SOLUTIONS from February 2015 to December 2016, where they managed the annual appraisal process and revised benefits policies. Emma's expertise lies in creating positive work environments, designing compensation programs, and managing performance evaluations.
Emma Grace earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from East Carolina University between 2010 and 2012. Emma then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services from NYU Stern School of Business, completing it from 2012 to 2014.
