David Griffin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. David is currently working as a Business Consultant/Business Analyst at BravoTECH since May 2021.

Prior to that, David worked at Arcadis from June 2018 to June 2020. At Arcadis, they served as a Business Analyst, where they interpreted business rules and requirements for technical system upgrades. David also liaised with internal and client teams to streamline requirements and configure the Enablon enterprise platform. From January 2013 to November 2016, David worked at Exentus, initially as an Account Management/Wholesale Development professional. David directed communication efforts, organized client meetings, and managed technical teams for API needs. Later, they transitioned into the role of a Program Support Analyst, where they handled hardware and software troubleshooting, resolved critical barriers, and escalated issues when necessary.

David's earliest work experience was at Tyler Technologies, where they held two roles. From August 2009 to April 2011, they served as a Quality Assurance Analyst for Appraisal/Tax Software. Prior to that, from May 2005 to April 2011, David worked as a Program Analyst.

Throughout their career, David has demonstrated strong analytical and research skills, effective communication and coordination abilities, and a focus on meeting client needs and improving business models.

David Griffin attended The University of Texas at Arlington from 2000 to 2003, where they earned 109 credits towards a BA in Computer Science. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in February 2021. David also completed various online courses on platforms like LinkedIn and Udemy, covering topics such as project management, time management, critical thinking, leadership, public speaking, and SQL.
