Randy Grubb

Randy Grubb has a diverse range of work experience in the construction industry. Randy started their career in the US Army, serving as a Battery Commander. Following their military service, they joined the Clark Construction Group, where they worked as a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and eventually as a Project Executive. Randy then moved on to Bovis Lend Lease LMB, Inc. as an Operations Manager and Vice President. After that, they worked at The Walsh Group as a Program Director and Project Executive. Randy then joined The RESOLUTE Building Company, where they held multiple roles including CEO, Operations Manager, and Vice President. Randy'smost recent position was at Riley Contracting Group, Inc., where they served as a Project Executive and Integrator. Currently, Randy is the Vice President of Commercial Construction at Brawley Company.

Randy Grubb obtained their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, from 1977 to 1981. Later, they pursued an Executive Leadership Education/Program at Columbia Business School in 2004-2005. Additionally, they completed the Quality Control Management Program at the United States Army Corps of Engineers from 1989 to 2010.
