Kai S P. started their work experience in 2006 as a Trainee at PLURAL servicepool GmbH. Kai S then worked as a Trainee at Arvato Services in 2008. In 2009, they were a Jr. Project Manager at Arvato Digital Services. From 2010 to 2018, they worked as a Key Account Manager at arvato | Bertelsmann. Since 2018, Kai has been working at Leineweber GmbH & Co. KG, first as a Senior E-Commerce Operations Manager and currently as the Head of E-Commerce Operations.

From 2004 to 2007, Kai S P. attended Fachhochschule des Mittelstandes Bielefeld, where they pursued a Diploma in Economies/Marketing.
