Carlos Elizondo

Carlos Elizondo is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in the brewing and wine industries. Currently serving as the Quality & Private Barrel Manager at Braxton Brewing Company since May 2022, Carlos previously held positions as a Brewer at Listermann Brewing Company and a Sensory Analyst at E. & J. Gallo Winery. At Texas A&M University, Carlos contributed as a Graduate Research Assistant, leading consumer studies on wine cultivars and processing, and demonstrating expertise in statistical modeling for consumer preferences. Additional roles included Program Coordinator and College Adviser, where Carlos supported higher education initiatives and event coordination.
