Matthew Morris

Matthew established Bray Lloyd in 2009 having spent 13 years recruiting senior management positions across a variety of industries. Previously he spent five and a half years with an international search firm that specialised in infrastructure within the financial services sector. He has completed search and consulting projects in investment & corporate banking, asset management and wealth management in EMEA, the United States and Asia. He has in depth functional expertise across infrastructure and extensive experience of front office roles within corporate and transaction banking. Matthew’s early career was spent in finance with Ernst & Young and Hertz. He holds an economics degree from Exeter University.
