Michelle Howison

Michelle Howison, CSP, M.A.2, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Vice President Global Human Resources Director at Bray International, Inc. since January 2019, and is also a Keynote Speaker and President at Extraordinary Dynamics, LLC, where expertise in workplace culture has been applied to achieve significant growth and improve employee satisfaction. As President and Co-founder of Yay 4 Life, a non-profit organization since 2012, Michelle supports cancer patients and their families. With extensive experience, including leadership roles in the National Speakers Association and various human resources positions across companies like QMax and NorthStar Memorial Group, Michelle has a solid foundation in organizational development and human capital management, supported by multiple advanced degrees in psychology and related fields from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
