Timothy Taylor

Timothy Taylor, P.E. has over 23 years of experience in the civil engineering and construction industry. Currently serving as Vice President and General Manager of the Heavy Civil Division at Brayman Construction Corporation since October 2006, Timothy has held roles including General Manager and Project Manager/Estimator. Additionally, from September 2007 to April 2019, Timothy contributed as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Pittsburgh's Swanson School of Engineering, teaching graduate-level courses focused on construction methods and equipment decision-making. Previous experience includes a position as Estimator/Project Manager at Mosites Construction Co from December 1999 to October 2006. Timothy holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Technology from the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown.
