Jess Alys

Jess Alys currently serves as an Investigator at Brayton Purcell LLP and has amassed a diverse range of professional experiences primarily in education and law. Prior roles include multiple positions at Swing Education, where responsibilities encompassed senior associate duties and support for substitute teachers. Jess also contributed as a French Immersion Substitute Teacher for Santa Rosa City Schools and held substitute teaching roles in French and Spanish Immersion at San Diego Unified School District. Earlier career experience includes technical roles in various law firms, culminating in IT management at Solomon Ward Seidenwurm & Smith LLP. Jess's educational background includes a Doctor of Law (JD) in progress at Empire College School of Law, alongside a Master’s in Legal Studies and two Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Women's Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
