Charlotte Bleech

Charlotte (Jeffcoate) Bleech is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and strategic account management. Currently serving as Manager of Global Strategic Accounts for EMEA and APAC at Braze since June 2021, Charlotte leads customer success initiatives, fosters strong relationships, and represents the region on the Global Success Culture Council. Prior to Braze, Charlotte held various roles at Planning-inc from July 2013 to June 2021, including Head of Client Success and Account Director, where responsibilities encompassed driving customer engagement and enhancing relationships across multiple sectors. Early career roles included Assistant Project Coordinator at Robert Bosch GmbH and marketing internships, alongside impactful educational achievements including a BA Hons in Business and Marketing Management from Oxford Brookes University.
