Jen McIsaac

Jen McIsaac has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in account management and customer success. After starting a career at Lenox Group, Inc. from 1997 to 2000 in various marketing roles, including VP of Direct Marketing, and holding positions at Datalogix from 2009 to 2010 as Director of Strategic Accounts and VP of Client Services, Jen transitioned to Oracle from 2018 to 2021, serving as VP and General Manager in multiple capacities within Oracle Data Cloud. In 2021, Jen co-founded New Data Network Limited, where serving as Chief Customer Officer until February 2025, followed by a current role at Braze as VP of Customer Success since March 2025. Additionally, Jen has been a Corporate Advisory Board Member at The Terry J. Lundgren Center for Retailing since 2017 and holds a BBA in Marketing, Management, and International Business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
