Jim Reynolds

Jim Reynolds is an experienced professional in the digital and eCommerce sectors, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Partners at Braze since November 2025. Prior to this role, Jim held several positions at Shopify from June 2021 to November 2025, including Agency Partnerships Lead for the Americas and North America. Jim's previous experience also includes leadership roles at Publicis Sapient, Indigo, Walmart eCommerce, Sears Canada, Kanetix, and President's Choice Financial, where Jim contributed significantly to digital strategies, user experience, and stakeholder engagement. Jim holds a degree from the University of Toronto, earned between 1991 and 1995.
