Maddisen Philbrick

Maddisen Philbrick serves as the Director of Customer Success for Small and Medium Business (SMB) and Platform at Braze since December 2021, previously holding the position of Senior Manager for the Global SMB Team. Prior to joining Braze, Maddisen worked at Indio Technologies Inc. from April 2019 to December 2021, where responsibilities included leading a team of customer success managers and driving cross-functional improvements to enhance customer retention and experience. Earlier roles also span OutboundEngine, where various positions were held from Senior Account Manager to Sales Associate, and internships at Zohar Productions and SheKnows Media in public relations and social media. Maddisen holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication with a minor in Sociology from Arizona State University.
