Trinity Malito

Trinity Malito is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Lead People Business Partner at Braze since April 2025. Prior to this role, Trinity held various positions at Signifyd from May 2021 to April 2025, including Director of HR Business Partnerships, where responsibilities included enhancing the employee experience for the R&D team. At ActiveCampaign, from July 2017 to May 2021, Trinity acted as a strategic business partner for technology teams and was also responsible for employee engagement and diversity initiatives. Earlier career experiences include roles at UI LABS, where Trinity contributed to HR functions and supported industry innovations, and DePaul University, assisting with clerical and technical responsibilities. Trinity holds a Bachelor’s Degree with a double major in Management (HR Management) and Hospitality Leadership from DePaul University.
