Katerina Sotiropoulou

Katerina Sotiropoulou, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Lead People Business Partner at Scopely since January 2024, having previously held the position of Senior People Business Partner at Persado from November 2021 to August 2023, where support was provided to leadership and management across Global Operations, Product, Data Science, and Technology teams. Prior to Persado, Katerina was a People Business Partner at MR HealthTech from November 2016 to July 2019, focusing on talent lifecycle, compensation, and organizational development for various teams. Katerina also held multiple roles at Intralot from October 2007 to October 2016, including Organisational Development & Rewards Manager, responsible for corporate initiatives related to job architecture and compensation. Early career experience includes recruitment at Adecco. Katerina holds an MSc in Management with Human Resources Management from the University of Bath and a BA in Communication & Media from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens.
