Carla Odneal

Carla Odneal, SPHR, SCP is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Corporate Human Resources Manager at Brazeway since January 2017, Carla focuses on HCM and HR software integration, performance management, and immigration support. Prior to this role, Carla held the position of Vice President and Human Resource Manager at First Federal Bank of the Midwest from March 2008 to June 2016, where responsibilities included providing HR support to over 200 employees across multiple locations and ensuring compliance with federal and state employment regulations. Earlier in the career, Carla was the AVP and Training Director at Bank of Lenawee from October 2002 to March 2008, where training needs were identified, and training programs were developed and implemented.
