Andre Luis Tommasini Grotto has extensive experience in the aluminum industry, currently serving as General Manager at CBA | Companhia Brasileira de Alumínio since September 2003. Previously, Andre held the position of Industrial Manager for the Foil Rolling Mill and Senior Maintenance Manager, overseeing rolling mills and leading a team of over 200 employees in maintenance planning and engineering. Earlier roles include Maintenance Coordinator and Maintenance Engineer at Smar from 2002 to 2003. Andre holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering and Electronics from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho and an MBA in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
