Rogerio Minatel has extensive experience in the aluminum industry, currently serving as General Manager at CBA | Companhia Brasileira de Alumínio since April 2005, overseeing smelter operations and casthouse management. Key responsibilities include managing a budget of 100 million USD per year and achieving net sales of 1 billion USD annually, while also overseeing various production processes, including billet and rod production. Prior roles include Casthouse Manager and Process Manager, where Rogerio successfully improved operational efficiencies. Academically, Rogerio holds an Advanced Management Program certification from IMD, an MBA in Business Management from Business School, and both a Master's in Metallurgy and a degree in Materials Engineering from USP and UFSCar, respectively. Additionally, Rogerio served as an Associate Professor of Materials Science at Universidade Paulista.
