Jason Murphy

Jason Murphy is an experienced electrical professional with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Electrical and Automation Supervisor at Brazos River Authority since February 2022, Jason previously held roles such as Project Manager/Estimator at Coonrod Electric Co and Electrical & Instrumentation Manager at Bobcat Contracting. Jason's early career included positions as Electrical Manager at Superior Optimization and Master Electrician for the City of Waco. As a Master Electrician, Jason holds electrical licenses across multiple states, including Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, and Mississippi. Jason earned an Associate of Science degree in Electrical Systems Technology from Texas State Technical College Waco between 1995 and 1997.
