Inge Rutten

Inge Rutten has a strong background in HR, with multiple roles in various companies. Inge is currently working at BRB International B.V. as the Head of HR Culture & Communication since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Global HR Business Partner/HR Manager at BRB International B.V. from April 2019 to May 2023. Inge also worked as an HR Manager/HR Business Partner NL & BE at Arrow Electronics from February 2012 to March 2019. Before that, they were an HR Manager NL at Ewals Cargo Care from November 2007 to February 2012 and a Sr. HR Consultant at DHL Supply Chain from August 2006 to October 2007. Inge Rutten completed their education in a chronological manner. In 1996, they enrolled at Fontys University of Applied Sciences, where they studied Human Resource Management (HRM) until 2000. Afterwards, from 2002 to 2004, they attended the same university, this time pursuing a degree in Business Administration. In 2018 and 2019, Inge Rutten furthered their education at AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR, specializing in Human Resources Management. During this period, they obtained a degree in HR Analyst as well as HR Analytics Leader.
