Joe Dickason

Joe Dickason has over 40 years of work experience in various roles within the manufacturing industry. Joe started their career at Franklin Electric in 1974 as a Tool & Die Maker, where they worked until 1978. Joe then moved on to Industra Products-Ft. Wayne in 1978 as a Machine Builder. In 1979, Joe joined L.H. Carbide as a Tool & Die Maker, where they managed projects and reviewed drawings until 1982. Currently, Joe Dickason is the Vice President of Engineering at BRC Rubber & Plastics Inc. Here, they are responsible for managing engineering functions and overseeing product development, tooling procurement, equipment procurement, and maintenance.

Joe Dickason attended Southern Wells High School from 1967 to 1970. After graduating from high school, they enrolled in the General Electric Tool & Die Apprenticeship program from 1970 to 1975. During this program, they studied to become a Journey Tool & Die Maker.
