Cosmin Ticleanu is an experienced lighting professional with a career spanning over two decades in consultancy, research, and academia. Since December 2010, Cosmin has served as the Head of Lighting and Principal Consultant at BRE, focusing on electric lighting and daylighting. Additionally, since September 2018, Cosmin has been a Lecturer at UCL, teaching lighting concepts, while also holding the position of Visiting Academic at Brunel University from March 2012 to December 2017. Previous roles include Lecturer in Lighting and Electrical Engineering at the University Transilvania of Brasov and various positions at the Romanian National Committee of the CIE. Cosmin's early experience includes a role as a Scientific Researcher at the University of Karlsruhe. Cosmin holds a PhD in Lighting, an MBA for Executives from the London School of Commerce, and a Bachelor's Degree in Building Services from Universitatea Tehnică de Construcții București.
