Valerie Nelson

Valerie Nelson is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in security and freelance blogging. Currently, Valerie serves as a Freelance Blogger while also holding positions as a Security Officer at Master Security and Signal 88 Security of Metro Northern Virginia, as well as the Owner of Strong One Security LLC. Previously, Valerie worked as a Part-time Front Desk and Loading Dock Assistant at Admiral Security Services and as a Corporal Supervisor at Butler Security, where responsibilities included overseeing operations at Reagan National Airport. Valerie has also volunteered at Bread for the City since March 2021. Valerie holds a high school diploma in US Government from Eastern High School and an Associate's degree in National Security Policy Studies from the University of the District of Columbia.
